Os políticos. Confesso que estou manifestamente farto dos nossos políticos, sobretudo dos que estão neste (des)Governo, cada vez mais imbecis, demagogos, primários e populistas - quase mesmo reaccionários.
A forma desastrosa com que estão a lidar com esta situação até nem me surpreende, mas chegarem ao ponto de, no quadro do debate político, compararem esta "necessidade imperiosa de intervirmos no Iraque" com a conjuntura que levou à intervenção em Timor-Leste é absolutamente estúpido.
Em Timor jogava-se a liberdade de um povo e o seu direito à autodeterminação face à ocupação ilegal e assassina exercida por um país vizinho, num quadro perfeitamente claro em termos de Direito Internacional. Ora nada disto acontece(u) no Iraque - aliás, a presente ocupação é ilegal, pois resulta de uma intervenção também ela ilegal, que assenta apenas em mentiras e mais mentiras.
E é perante estas evidências, constatadas por todos e que não foram, até agora, negadas por quem de direito, que os representantes da maioria surgem no espaço mediático a debitarem o mesmo discurso acéfalo. Que lata!
